Web Developer & Graphic Designer – Paid Internship

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Web Developer & Graphic Designer (Paid Internship). This role is ideal for students or beginners who are passionate about creating modern websites, clean user interfaces, and engaging visual content. You will work closely with our development and design teams to support real client projects, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience in a professional digital agency environment.

As part of Eversys Lanka, you will assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of websites, while also contributing to graphic design tasks such as social media content, branding assets, and UI elements. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your portfolio, learn industry-standard tools, and grow your skills in both design and web technologies.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in developing, editing, and maintaining WordPress and custom websites

Create graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and branding

Support UI/UX design improvements and prepare wireframes when needed

Work with developers and designers to deliver high-quality digital outputs

Optimize website layouts, responsiveness, and user experience

Edit banners, website images, icons, and interface elements

Participate in planning, brainstorming, and team meetings

Ensure all tasks are delivered on time with accuracy and creativity

Skills & Qulifications

Minimum Qualification: HND or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress, & web development concepts

Ability to design using tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator

Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for modern design trends

Ability to learn quickly and follow project guidelines

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A portfolio or sample work (even academic projects) is an added advantage
