Digital Web & E-Commerce Associate – Part Time
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Web & E-Commerce Associate (Part-Time) at Eversys Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. This role is ideal for university undergraduate students who are interested in gaining real-world experience in WordPress website management, e-commerce operations, and social media management.
You will assist our team with website updates, product listings, and digital content tasks while gaining hands-on experience working on real business projects.
Job Responsibilities
Upload and manage products on WooCommerce / WordPress
Add product images, descriptions, pricing, and categories
Assist with website content updates and blog uploads
Create simple social media posts using Canva
Schedule and manage posts for Facebook and Instagram
Assist with basic social media management (comments/messages)
Perform basic digital content and data entry tasks
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Skills & Qulifications
Minimum Qualification: HND or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Basic understanding of WordPress or website platforms
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools is an advantage
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn new tools and digital workflows
Good communication and teamwork skills
